Welcome to the Relevant Yield Feature and Information Letter!
Welcome, dear user of Relevant Yield. In this release we have focused on delivering some customer request features, and some tweaks for the previously released report and filtering options.
- Horizontal bar charts

1. Horizontal bar charts
When selecting a bar/line chart, you now have the option to flip the bars into a horizontal bar chart:
Simply create a bar/line chart, and once you have pressed the Ok button from your settings screen, you are able to switch between the vertical vs horizontal views dynamically from the “Options” button:
What’s in it for you?
The horizontal bar charts can be very good to use if you have long names on the X axis, as it is hard to see the full length of the names. By changing your bar chart to a horizontal view, it is much easier to see the long names that are often used for certain dimensions, like placements, and still keep a visual bar chart, as opposed to a table.
This feature has been requested by a few clients, and we are happy to be able to bring it to you, as it also makes the Dashboard reporting modules a bit more easy on the eye and customizable. We hope you enjoy it!
2. Automatically use last settings in the report overview
Last release we gave you the option to choose between three filter states and two ordering states in your reporting overview:
- Sharing state: All, Public and Private
- Sort by: Created date, Name
With this new feature we automatically save your last used setting, so it does not reset as you move away from the reporting overview.
Please notice that searches still get reset, as the intention of that feature is to use it once in a while, and not as a static filtering setting.

Faster and easier access to reports, as they are stored and presented in a way that is customizable by you and the way you prefer to work!
3. Line highlighting when hovering legends
You can now hover a legend (text in a chart), and it will automatically highlight the line that it represents:
Just place the cursor above the legend, and it will light up!

This new feature will make it easier to distinguish when there are several lines in a small amount of space, or of similar colouring.
4. Select all for filter search
You now have the option to “Select all” when doing a search in the filters, meaning that you will automatically include or exclude all the items being listed in your search:

This one was very much requested by several users; and the new “Select all” will make it easier and faster to select multiple instances that you would like to filter out, especially if these share a similar naming pattern.
This is especially useful if you have a somewhat stringent naming pattern, as you can then search on things like “video” and “Select all” for inclusion or exclusion!
4. Select all for filter search
We have also made a few minor improvements, and we would like to list them shortly here:
1. “Expand” now moved to the left, instead of under, when working in tables:Previously the expand hover label was placed below the expand button, sometimes causing a block of the manual expansion button below (the “>”). With this feature it is now placed to the left - so it does not interfere with potential manual expansions (This was highlighted as a problem and requested to be improved on):

3. Addition of CAD and AUD Currencies in the reporting: You can now report on Canadian Dollars and Australian Dollars. If there are other Currencies you would like to see, just send me a notification; it is really easy for us to add!
