Revshare handling for SSPs and Publisher accounts

In order to make sure that the revenue is displayed correctly in the reports, it is important to add the correct revshare numbers for the SSPs. If you are utilizing Relevant Yield as a Programmatic/Sales network, where you handle the programmatic sales for one or more publishers, it is also important to set up the revshare in the Publisher accounts. In both cases you can select to set different values for different dates, so if you re-negotiate a contract, the numbers will be used correctly for the different dates.

Please notice that the numbers set in the Publisher accounts are used for calculating the difference between the Publisher revenue and the Network Revenue in your reports. 

 

Revshares for the SSPs

Revshares can be added in Global Settings - Programmatic configurations, under each individual SSP you have added. There are options to put in numbers for:

  • OpenRTB
  • Deals
  • Direct Campaigns

If your SSP vendor does deliver your numbers with the revshare already removed, you can leave these fields blank.

Revshares in the Publisher accounts

Revshares in the Publisher accounts are set under Publisher accounts. Press the edit icon of the Publisher account you want to add your shares for, and then you can add them in the Programmatic Info screen:

You can set different values for:

  • OpenRTB
  • Deals
  • Direct Campaigns

Please notice that after the values has been set, the revenue values for the external/Publisher users will show the revenue after both SSPs and Publisher revshares have been subtracted.
