Prebid Video is a dedicated part of the Prebid framework, and it adds alot of functionality to handling Video through your Prebid configurations.
The Prebid Video supports both Outstream and Instream, and our Outstream solution works with it's own renderer.
Setting up Outstream in the HB Manager
Outstream means that you assign one or more placements to run Outstream video, or a combination of Display and Outstream Video. You can build these placement types in the HB Management - Global HB Management - Placement types, and simply create a new placement type. Please notice that this is on a global level, and that you can also do the following steps on a "Publisher" and "Website" level, if your Outstream placements would be very different from website to website. In general the Global level is a good place to start though, as it can always be overridden by the lower hierarchy levels.
By pressing the Prebid parameters, you open up the Prebid settings for your new placement type, and here is a walk through of the different settings available:
Media type: You can select between Outstream and Banner+Outstream. The outstream option would only call in video, while the Banner+Outstream option will request both Display ads and Outstream video, and utilize the highest paying offer.

Playback method: There are several methods to choose from, and different methods are common on different websites. Allow VAST to override player skip settings: This will allow the settings returned for each particular ad to over ride the skip functionality above.
