Why Can’t I See My Order, Line Item, or Deal in the Filter Options? (API)

Troubleshoot why your order, line item, or deal isn't showing in Yield's filter options.

On Yield, you can filter your orders and line items so that only the selected orders/line items are reported. However, there are some limitations to this data due to data storage, which explain why the filters don't show your order/line item or deal in suggestions.
As you start typing the name of the order/line item in the search bar of the chosen filter, Yield will suggest campaigns that have been active in the past 60 days. If the campaigns you want to filter are older than 60 days, you can still search using the exact name of the campaign while these won't show up in the suggested options. This is useful if you see a campaign you want to filter on in a larger report with different campaigns from the past; you can copy its name and paste it into the filter.

Please note, the filters do not support inclusion filtering, so including campaigns that contain a specific term is not possible.
